Deburred, cleaned and primed the leading edge skin, nose ribs, main ribs, and the counterbalance.
Pop-riveted the nose ribs to the counterbalance and then clecoed the leaading edge skin to the spar. Riveted the nose ribs to the spar and also blind riveted the leading edge skin to the counterbalance.
I removed the piston from the pneumatic squeezer and with a rubber mallet, dimpled the leading edge skin to the counterbalance before riveted.
I have made a "brake" yet to bend the trailing edge yet so the top skin to spar rivets have to wait. There were some burrs on the CS rivets int he leading edge so I carefully took it to the scotchbrite wheel.
